FARM STAND:
We all know that there is nothing better than fresh, local, farm-grown produce. Those who can afford it often swear by the quality and flavor. Sadly, many hardworking Americans find themselves in a position where they cannot afford fresh organic vegetables or farm-fresh, organic, vegetarian, and spring-water fed eggs. While we can’t offer feed everyone, we do pride ourselves on sharing what we can with those who desire it. We could put prices on our products and make as much money as possible, but we prefer a more old-fashioned approach. Come to our stand, take what you need, and then simply leave what you can. All proceeds go to cover the cost of growing our products. We'll keep doing this as long as we can afford to.
Our eggs are collected daily from our hand-fed chickens. The eggs are naturally coated and are not washed. Be sure to refrigerate your eggs as soon as you wash them, but feel free to leave them out on the counter until then. They should keep a few weeks on the counter.
Our stand is small and only seasonal, but we are hoping that with community support, we will one day have a year-round stand that will provide goods to those who can make use of them. Plans include farm-fresh vegetables, eggs, and berries; as well as freshly frozen farm products.
