Foul Weather Policy
Community Counseling rarely if ever closes due to foul weather, but we realize that there will be times when the weather will make your commute to our office dangerous. While we will be here unless we call you to advise you that we are closed, we respect that weather issues may prevent you from making your appointment. If you feel it is too dangerous to make your appointment, we simply ask you to call the the Bristol office at (860) 582-7904 or the Pillwillop office at (203) 879-9485 to let us know. We ask that you do this as soon as possible. Sessions cancelled due to legitimate weather concerns will not be held to the 24 hr cancellation notice policy and you will not be billed for the no show.
